DANIELLE ONDARZA
French Horn

Danielle Ondarza is a freelance player in the Los Angeles area. As an orchestral player, she has played in the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra, the Riverside, California and Fresno Philharmonics, the Santa Barbara, Symphony Silicon Valley (formerly the San Jose Symphony), Santa Monica, San Bernadino, Redlands and Monterey Symphonies, and with Mladi, Los Angeles' conductorless chamber orchestra.

Recently, Danielle played principal horn for Josh Groban on the Straight to You Tour, traveling for 6-months throughout the United States and Europe. She has also performed live with Andrea Bocelli, Natalie Cole, Frank Sinatra Jr., Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keyes, Queen Latifah, Kanye West, and Juan Gabriel. Other credits include recording on albums for Mary J. Blige, Barry Manilow, All-American Rejects, Yellowcard, Pat Monahan, and Terence Howard. She has been seen on the MTV Video Music Awards, the American Music Awards, the Jimmy Kimmel Show, and Fox's hit show "Glee."

Dedicated to performing contemporary and crossover works, Danielle also performs with Ensemble Green, the DaKah Hip Hop Orchestra, Elivs Schoenberg's Orchestra Surreal, Build an Ark, the Los Angeles Brass Ensemble, and Orion Winds.

A committed teacher, Danielle is currently a faculty member at Pomona College, the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, the Oakwood School, and the annual Colburn School Horn Camp.
